The window of the car was down and I was just pulling up to the drive-thru window when Sophie (as usual-- Grace never does this stuff) VERY LOUDLY in her most exasperated voice says, "MaaaOmmmm, I don't know why you always buy this stuff because you KNOW it gives you diarrhea!" Needless to say, the little 20-something girl handing me my cappuccino was giggling. How does one respond to that? I just shook my head.
Now I'm not admitting that it does or doesn't give me (uh hum), you know, but REALLY?

I just love that Gracie girl. And I know full well that coffee gives you the shits. What you might have said to the Starbucks girl was, "Speed it up, sister...I have to make it to a toilet and I don't have all day."
