I had an angioplasty to clear some veins on my heart on Friday. Not fun. Not fun at all. But, I guess it's better than the alternative, which I have experienced, so I can say that with a little bit of knowledge. I didn't get a stent this time, so I'm hoping & praying that the veins stay clear. The bright side is that it looks like I have a lot more blood flow to my heart. And I guess another bright side is that this is forcing me to get off of my lazy bum and eat correctly and exercise. I guess there is a silver lining. :-)
Obviously, I'm having a bit of a pity-party for myself. I'll get over it soon. I promise.

Yikes! I hope you're feeling much better soon! Take good care of yourself. =)
What a pretty heart!
Now get off your lazy ass, run to the fridge and eat some leafy green veggies. ;-)
You know I'm kidding....
Thinking about you!
Wendy- Those green leafy veggies are making me insane. I long to just chew on real food!!!!!!!! Blech!
This is a serious warning, isn't it! Take care of yourself!!
not fun poor you, hope you had a better weekend this weekend,
hugs Gem
Oh, Wyndee, I haven't been to your blog in awhile. Sorry to hear about this! I'm not a fan of exercise either unless it's easy and fun. Things like dancing, swimming, walking in the park, yoga. Do something that is fun and entertaining for you AND the girls and it won't feel like exercise. Biking is a fun thing to do too if you have a lot of flat streets. We are way to hilly around here! Anyway, take good care of you and as Ruby would say, be "AAAAALL BETTA"!
